Mileage changes past few years. 2022 continued to build-up mileage/races towards Ironman. 2023 more build-up and completed Ironman. 2024 one last attempt at marathon time. 2025 just maintaining cardio and a bit of endurance.

I was walking and passed 3 people actively using sign language with one another. Just as I passed them I heard a lady yelling excuse me, excuse me. So I looked back thinking she was trying to get my attention. Why was it the paratransit bus driver trying to tell them the bus is ready to go 😭🫠
