Michele Drohan

Finally!

These two 🙂 ❤️

Carlos pulling rabbits out of hats. 🪄 🎾

Watching Alcaraz/ Mensik makes me wish it were the 70s/80s again when high ranking singles players didn’t shy from this format. Imagine is this were a regular occurrence on tour?!

This is all kinds of awesome 🩰🎾 #Tennis #Ballet #CarlosAlcaraz

A remarkable moment on Sunday’s broadcast.

Sinner and Alcaraz better be 100% for the Australian Open. Enough of this bullshit. I’m putting 2026 men’s tennis in the 🗑️ where this US Open winner belongs.

Pressure is a privilege — and it’s also a son of a bitch.

The ticket market has absolutely cratered for the Zverev-Khachanov semifinal, dropping 89% in just three days down to $35.

My feelings about the US Open this year.

Waking up to that scoreline 😕

Carlos you beautiful thief.

He went right up to Michelson to hug him. He knew — and that was beautiful to watch.

I’m crying. Thank you Frances!

Please, Frances 🙏

I need a Nathan Fielder documentary on Botic van de Zandschulp.

Interesting strategy from Zheng. Go down 5-0, lull your opponent into complacency, and then come back and humiliate them.

If Frances makes it to the final, can they play it on Armstrong???

FRAAAAANCESSSS!!!!! #bigfoe

Carlos seems to be getting better and better with each match, playing his way into the tournament perfectly. #vamos!

It’s a good time to read “The Open Era”, the gay sports romance novel that takes place at the US Open. This week we discuss the book and the genre with library cataloger Julia Lubey, and we nerd out on behind-the-scenes library stuff too! podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/p...

Amanda, Madi, and now Taylor. This better not be contagious…. #coco 🫣

Tough stuff when all of New York erupts in joy when you double fault!

US Open DAY session. I’d be in the hospital.

I could also do without the “I ❤️ My Boyfriend” t-shirt. I’m such a crank, I know.

Ben’s bro-meter is way too much for me.

Being at the US Open when it rains is a truly miserable experience. Do not recommend

Oh, Rublev. Hope he can console himself by going to more Harry Styles concerts.

Kathy and I made the grave error of having 3(!) at the Savoy in London. We barely survived and were very hungover 🤕 at Wimbledon the next day , but I will never forget. 🍸🍸🍸

Rublev’s going five again, isn’t he?

Coco and Gael both bringing the magic. A very good night at the US Open.

Carlos bringing sexy back

Love to see Carlos back on court! The design of his tank top, however, needs some minor alterations. The nip slips are distracting for him — and us!

Exciting news, folks! Big Bounces sale going now through the end of the U.S. Open! 15% off monthly and annual subscriptions. Last Bounces sale of the year. You’ll get so much unique and exclusive stuff through U.S. Open and beyond, so don’t miss out! www.benrothenberg.com/p/tennis-new...

Someone get him some tissues!

Roger 🥲

Omg it’s Mirka?!

LOL

Now I’m just rooting for Rublev.

Cobolli / Bencic are annoying and I’m glad he double faulted that set away.

Forgive me for I have Substacked First post of "First Ball In" here stevetignor.substack.com/p/first-ball...

This is great but it’s also just a bandaid on a bullet hole. Please push Gov. Hochul to pass a law capping ticket resale prices at face value. It’s the only way to solve this problem.

This baby has no idea what they just saw.

Serena is ON FIRE.

What a treat to see Monfils and Svitolina win that match!

The misunderstanding of playing Pink Houses by John Mellencamp in this Cincinnati Open promo is akin to using Born in the USA to celebrate July 4th.

Happy for Fils but wanted this for Tiafoe. Can’t deny the immense work and progress Frances has made. Feels like he’s a new player and can’t wait to see how he does in New York!

Per Tumaini on the twitters: “The first ATP Masters 1000 final between two black players in history.”
