I have an original story I want to turn into a comic, but my brain gripped onto my digimon ocs really hard... i guess its still worth my time because its good practise. I have a short story with furry characters im gonna start drawing soon too though <:3 making comics is so fun!

I cant stop thinking about old deviantart (like mid-late 2000s) and how you could trace a picture of an anime dog with a pencil, and you'd still have a whole little community of friends and followers, shared ocs and stories, iscribble sessions, all that stuff. it felt so easy for anyone to have fun

There's nostalgia coating and ofc there was drama but I hope one day art communities can have that sense of mutual belonging again... I like being friends with other artists, not their rivals. Just spinning thoughts in my head since im slowly putting my toes back into public posting 😝

question! do people prefer vgen or ko-fi for selling stuff? i really liked the look of vgen but i heard it takes quite a fee from the payment, is that true? I really wanna start selling comms again (so i can give my money to other artists lol)

Thank you for the feedback! I might use ko-fi to sell things like adopts and cheap doodle comms in the future, whilst using vgen for bigger projects. I'd like to make YCH auctions again as they were fun in the past but I'll figure smthn out for that. Thanks again to anyone that ever supported me. 💙

i used to have a flat shading style back in 2017~ but i stopped doing it! it feels fun to play around again between other full pieces since i can finish these in 1-2 sittings. but i just want to make all kinds of drawings nonstop!!! i need more hours in my day...

there wasn't much mother 2 stuff left, but there was a big mr saturn plush wearing the hat and i was very excited lol. i felt bad making him bald though. im hoping someone recognises it one day!

the other day i wanted to try complimenting strangers. so in my very first attempt i walked up to a guy and complimented his warrior cats t-shirt expecting him to be overjoyed, and he was like "...what?" told me he didn't even know what it was from and just liked the design i was speechless

I got a couple of comments on my website guestbook after quietly adding it, I feel happy... I can't wait to see how my site looks in a years time after I expand it more. Picking up a new hobby is daunting but it's so worth it, the smallest progress feels really fulfilling :')

My favourite colour is grey-blue, but I like all shades of blue a lot! :> And ahh, plant... I was "friends" with an oak tree in primary school (don't even worry about it) and had one in the field beside my house growing up, I think they're beautiful, and I love them a lot. TY for the ask it was fun!
