I like the phrase "tactically, what is strategy?" 😂 Strategy is the set of high-level decisions that answers the question: How will we win? The decisions are consistent and self-reinforcing, apply specifically to us, address our challenges, leverage our assets.

What do you think people mean when they say strategy? Like what do you think they work on daily when they say their role is to think about strategy? Tactically, what is strategy? Is it just setting up overall direction? Or is there more?

Did you know that you don't need to make a Favicon for every site in 20 formats? Srsly it drives me crazy sometimes. Instead, just use an emoji inside of an SVG tag (encoded), inside of a data URL, inside of a link tag! Simple! (code in thread 👇) #buildinpublic
