8 years clean today 😍 Got sober IN prison, not when I started my bid. I still love drugs and alcohol, I’m just aware today that I absolutely cannot regulate my intake. My life and actions are also infinitely better without them. My messages are always open if you want to talk.

Update: Just had our first bike wreck. Neighbor kids came out and were riding scooters with her. They got tangled up and went down in a heap. I was fully prepared for blood and possibly broken bones. All is well. Once she realized she wasn’t dying she stopped shrieking and thought she was cool. 🤣

The 2nd part of the Madhuvan jam last night was a near mirror image of the incredible AIN jam from the Atlanta Fox in 2024. I was in heaven. And I was so afraid they would ripcord into Kenny Loggins like they did back then. It went a long way toward treating my PTSD from that chicanery. 🪿 🔥 ♥️
