Siris Vulpecula

A happy pride everyone and a little video for me.... please forgive my horrid voice it's a work in progress ._. 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈🦊

Sadly I will not be making Anthrocon again this year. Looks like BWS will be the only con for me and the Alterhuman Connection panel. Finances are stabilizing so hopefully I can make it next year.

Welp... We are 0 for 3 this weekend. Another show rained out. Part of me is disappointed given how hard I worked to try and get the company stuff ready for it... the other half is relieved because my god am I tired and sore...

One more fuselage part to go then I have to fix tolerances on the duct and do the empennage. This is currently printed in ASA for testing purposes. and the wing lacks the torque rod and hinges but I don't expect them to increase weight by much.

I can now boop the nose of my fantrainer :D

@dreamynebula.bsky.social Mind joining me in my wood shop for a minute? :P

Final test print for the wing is done! I will be setting up the Right wing now from the left side and then off to the fuselage! :D

So in the world of what has Siris been doing outside of studying and training: The Fantrainer 700mm version is coming along. I have a test glue up of the left wing right now though it lacks the torque rod and hinges weight is ~48 grams. Should have the final for the wings tonight!

Pretty sure I already scare people....

Between Old Bag and Kudo, maybe I have a career as an up and coming old person www.twitch.tv/lastursa/cli... #Twitch #Vtuber #AceAttorney #VoiceActing

Just occurred to me I never filled folks in. My checkride is scheduled for the 3rd. If all goes well I should be stable again soon! Thanks to everyone who had helped me thus far the light is at the end of the tunnel!

Apparently can't post gifs and images together so have a bit of a turn table too.

Some more work done! It's getting there... soon got to sort what kind of motor I'm going to use and all that good jazz...

I feel like we've had a discussion like this @dreamynebula.bsky.social lol

Small update mostly because that cut and fillet on the wingtip too way longer than it should have... God i'm rusty but it has been... way tooo long since I've done any of this. Got to figgure out servos and motor soon to start to sort how i'll fit everything.

... Guess old habits die hard.... I'm back to modeling aircraft. This time for RC purposes, this will be a 1 meter Fantrainer 600 when done. Been an adventure reacquainting myself with Solidworks after all these years.

Hello #PortfolioDay ! I'm Sarah, I've been making fursuits for 18 years and I love it!!! I work with both toony and realistic styles; I primarily do custom work now but have some artist designed costumes looking for homes too ❤️ www.sarahcatfursuits.com

No bids, all of these suits are looking for homes! I have ~10 partials (including these) I still need to list for sale somewhere but dm me if you're interested :)

My post won't send 😭 I've been busy all weekend so I'm slipping in to say that I have some fursuits looking for homes in the Anthrocon art show! Check it out 👀

Juist a reminder to folks as many have been asking me: Due to my finances coming undone at the start of the year I sadly have had to cancel all my con plans so I will not be attending Anthrocon and hosting my panels this year. Hopes for next year. P.S. Yes I know I owe a bunch of you cheerwine!

@theonion.com You're missing a prime opportunity here! "Peeling paint in reflecting pool reveals Epstein files"

Bunch of folks at furality taking photos while at the club. Had a few said I dance well. I have no moves, no rhythm, and no idea what the hell I'm doing. Still though was fun making a fool of myself and the photos look nice. One of my favorites taken by my friend Medium.

Ursa is a good friend supporting a good cause. I generally try to help on these but this year can only spread the word and given my recent revelations some of this is particularly important to me these days. If you are looking to support folks this is a great charity and I for one will appreciate it

Friend of mine who has been in a similar position as me lately. I am stabilizing, thankfully but for those looking to help some others here is someone who could use it more than myself at the moment.
