@abbyphillips.bsky.social I disagree that the Dems didn’t realize any gains from the shutdown. They absolutely did which IMO manifested itself in the most recent elections across the country. The Dems message is indelibly clear to everyone-that Republicans don’t care about Americans wellbeing.
