Day 58. I did get out again yesterday, but only briefly. Thoroughly miserable day outside of a little window. With the way it is today and the forecast for this week, it might be time to rest this. I think I might change it up and change it to a "do some form of exercise" every day thing.

Got everything crossed that the Saturday LMU LM 24 goes off without a hitch. It's really promising that the Friday race seems to have gone off with minimal issues on the server side. Here's hoping they've nailed it.

Day 56. Yes, late again, but it did happen! Thankfully the sun came out in the afternoon. I don't know if my current mental scrap if having an effect, but I'm really feeling the dark days and cold so much more.

Day 55. An even slower day today due to it being cold and absolutely pissing it down all day. Little trip to the shop. I really struggle with this weather. :/

Day 54. A much slower day. A little trip out sandwiched by work, with a little strength session afterwards. The legs have certainly been thankful for the slower day. 😅 Here's hoping more sun like this isn't too far away.

Day 53. IT. IS. DONE! 100 miles in October for CALM completed. Thank you to everyone who has donated so far. I'll keep on walking, but I'm going to have a lighter day tomorrow. 😅 Rewarded myself with a hot crispy chicken and scotch egg from Sandwich Sandwich. 😁

Day 51. My first week of stewarding on LMU done, with another 5.67 miles and £20 added to the CALM count, bringing it to 88.68 miles and an incredible £521! Managed to get a blister on my right heel, but hoping to hit the 100 miles over the weekend. 🙂

Day 50! Yes, I forgot to post yesterday's progress. 😅 Added somewhere over 6 miles to the count, leaving a little under 17 to go! Also started some strength training. 👀

Day 49. That's 7 weeks of getting out every single day. Short on miles today, but the numbers don't tell the full story. I hit the emergency "go and smack some cricket balls" button, as it's been a pretty rough brain day. Almost 2 hours of batting at least provided some distraction. 76.93 miles.

Day 48. Surprised I added another 7.24 miles today. The CALM total now sits at 75.5 miles done. The RJ Mitte news kinda hit home just why charities like CALM are so important.

Day 47. Charged around to not be out in the grey misery too long, but managed to add another 5.42 miles to the count today. The legs are definitely feeling it after the weekend though. 😅 68.26 miles done. Should've done another 0.74...

Day 46! Another 8.77 miles ticked off today, taking the total to 62.85 of the 100 miles, with £501 raised for CALM. 🙂 Honestly amazed at how well my legs are recovering. I couldn't have dreamed of doing this at the start of the year. Decided to give myself a little reward.

Day 45. My legs are dead, but another 10.32 miles have been added to the CALM count, taking me beyond halfway to 54.08 miles! I also challenged my "small" problem with heights and went over the Clifton Suspension Bridge. It was windy, very high and I hated every second of it, but I did it. 🙂

Day 44. Less distance today, but for good reason. Spent the morning and afternoon doing something new that should make life a little easier. 👀 43.76 miles done, the £500 barrier has been broken, and we collected a trophy for winning our cricket division!

Day 40! Now north of 20 miles and £456 raised for CALM. Also, finally, some good news late this afternoon that will hopefully help me breathe a little easier soon.

Just so chuffed that Evans finally had a little something go his way in a title decider. He's pretty much spent two full seasons running first on the road and had two critical punctures in the final round both years. I feel for Oliver, but Elfyn deserved a little something to go his way. Fantastic.

Day 38! Two problems. Firstly, I forgot to take pictures because I got rather into today's cricket session. Secondly, I don't carry my phone on me while cricketing, so, technically, my mileage is rubbish today. 😅 But hey, mile 8 is definitely completed. We're also up to an incredible £406 for CALM!

Day 37. Added a few more miles to the chart, and the goal from CALM got absolutely smashed on day 2 of the whole damn thing. 😅 Thank you, everyone. I guess we'll see how high we can get it!

Day 36. As some of you know, I've been battling my mind a bit over the course of a lot of this year. With that, I signed up for CALM's (Campaign Against Living Miserably) 100 miles in October challenge to raise £120. Tonight marked the start of my 100 miles, despite my illness and brain! 1/3

Hoping to be live at 18:30 BST with another SROL watchalong. Tonight the community takes on Road Atlanta for 1 hour and 45 minutes! No promises I'll be able to do it as it'll depend on how the illness progresses today, but fingers crossed. 🙂

Day 31! An entire months worth of getting out in the world every single day. Tomorrow will (probably) be an enforced end of streak given I've pushed myself too far today. Turns out walking, training and illness is a recipe for a physical collapse while preparing dinner. 😬

And yes, I did see the comment that probably led to Yuri's ban. Absolutely don't condone that. I hope it doesn't take away from the frothing hatred being spewed out by the other guy.
