Wife is asking why I’m not turning the game off cause it’s over. Not a lot has gone right for spurs for the last two years so I am gonna enjoy watching spurs ole Chelsea at Stamford bridge.

There’s a lot wrong with college sports but I think an underrated problem with the sport are all these coward loser coaches running away from historic rivalries and games fans want because they’re trying to make their record slightly better.

The current format of Big 5 men's basketball will end after this year, and the immediate future has the 5 non-Villanova schools playing round-robin without the Wildcats. Villanova didn't want to keep this format, and another could not be agreed on. Story: www.inquirer.com/college-spor...

It’s the only way to use it. The site is unusable on mobile, there are ads between every paragraph and sometimes the page just randomly reloads and you lose where you were. It’s genuinely horrendous and hard to understand in 2026

Lots of talk about how Maryland needs to financially back their next coach, which is true, but everyone seems to be gliding past how it is also important for them to find someone who is actually a good coach and can make decisions that win games, something we haven’t had for almost 20 years.

I like all these folks, and I don't even think it's their genuine feelings as much as what role they're being asked to play, but it doesn't help that every media person who went to Maryland basically has to do ritualistic self-flagellation before they can talk about the program

Yes Maryland’s athletic department has been bozo central since the 90s but there is absolutely no reason this program has to be a snuff film. 8-9 wins is a totally achievable goal on their budget.
