If y’all can, I do hiiighly recommend getting things from Bianca’s shop. The prints are so vibrant and thick, and the acrylic standees are so well protected that I couldn’t get away with keeping the film on, and there isn’t a single scratch on them. I adore everything I’ve ordered so far

Hey y’all I think we can all agree that “artists” who use AI suck, but let’s try not going on crusades because we are bored and have decided someone uses AI just because they a) have a new account and are posting steadily or b) don’t create timelapse videos or c) don’t always draw Vash’s arm (?????)

No one who puts love, time and effort into their work would be level being approached like that. Some can put on the “customer service” persona about it, but many can’t and they can’t be expected to.

Idk. I am a relative nobody, my take is no speech from the throne. I just really think we need to take one or seven big steps back, big breaths, and approach things with the understanding that there is a PERSON there, not a just some Concept to be taken down with a Gotcha.

It’s not difficult to reach out to someone if you seriously suspect such a thing and get answers, but it’s also not hard to do one’s own research. It’s doubly not hard if the artist can give you their refs and personal situation, to say “yeah that’s fair” and drop the issue!

Also being upset that someone was “rude” or got their back up when the art that they work on and love has been accused of being AI - ESPECIALLY when they really don’t use it - shows a critical lack of emotional intelligence. I know that’s hard for some, but try turning the situation around.

This whole “inconsistency=AI” crusade is going to scare away more artists and writers by the day, especially those just starting out. If you truly do believe someone is using AI, just block and move on, instead of making a callout post. Because what if you are wrong?
