At the Corvallis Farmer’s Market this morning. The banner on one of the stalls says, “Grass Fed Yak Meat”. A young woman near me exclaimed, “I love Yak meat.“ My reaction is embarrassment, as I don’t know what Yak tastes like or if grass fed is better. There goes my reputation as an epicure.
