First time filling a car with free sunshine rather than expensive dead dinosaur. And there is a small possibility of car damaging hail hitting us. The new EV, with 21 kilometres on it, was put under cover while the diesel, which we will have trouble selling, is taking it's chances .

Dispite the rain and cloudy weather,the solar panels are producing 100% of the power we use. It won't be enough to fully charge the battery though and we proberly won't make it through the night without attaching to the grid.
