How come David Muir (the face and voice of ABC News) never comes to the defense of its reporters - almost always women - who are constantly being verbally abused by Trump? In any other world HR would be involved. But no one at ABC stands in front of microphone and defends its reporters.

We are fools of the highest order. Politicians, especially those at the US Congress level, have the lowest approval ratings. I can’t think of a group that’s lower. YET, the incumbents get re-elected at somewhere around 90%! We hate the job they’re doing - but we consistently return them to office.

Just curious. Do any business leaders reach out to Trump and suggest he slow down a bit, maybe tell him that in their business and the economy in general he’s causing quite a bit of uncertainty?

Sitting here in SW Ohio counting birds for Project FeederWatch. So relaxing and I’m always amazed how birds survive a -5 night. And they all get along, wait their turn at the feeders. Except the Starlings! They’re bullies, don’t wait their turn, and eat way more than their share.

After all of Trump’s puppets are confirmed and take the oath and swear to uphold the Constitution, etc., which would do you think will have a falling out with Trump and get fired?

I’d love to be standing in a super MAGA Trump voter’s living room and see the look on their face when they learn they’ve lost their health insurance. Oh, and just for laughs to see how they react when they learn that the so-called Trump tax cuts have been extended.

Enjoying a sunny, clear, but damn cold day, trying to figure out an iron-clad way to keep Grackles away from my bird feeders. They attack suet and peanut butter. I’m trying every trick I know. With all the crap and bad news, watching birds at my backyard feeder keeps me connected with nature.
