Day 26: More people should listen to Octopath Traveler Pretty good game, LEGENDARY soundtrack. I'm just posting the main theme, but the entire soundtrack is INCREDIBLE.

Day 25: Favorite forest theme Trails in the Sky - Secret Green Passage I was trying to think of something non-Trails, but I have to post Secret Green Passage.

I was thinking about which Trails character has the biggest gap between I much I like them vs. their general popularity, and I think that character is Noel Seeker. I'm not saying she's hated or anything, far from it. But she's not one of the usual beloved Trails characters, either.

Day 24: Favorite from an indie game Journey - Nascence I don't play as many indies as I should so uh...uh...Journey is the first thing that came to mind!

Day 21: From a game that came out this year Trails Beyond the Horizon - Crossing Wills I wanted to give another series a chance to be picked for OSTober, but I also haven't played many 2026 games. So here's a track from Horizon! This is a short one but it sets the tone perfectly.

Day 20: Good for working/studying Super Mario 64 - Dire Dire Docks Super Mario 64 was such a mind blowing game as a 7 year old, and IMO still a blast to play today.

It's great that hard mode will be accessible from the start, but I liked the added challenge of the no items restriction. Kind of sad to see that go.

Updating the chart for Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter Grand total: 2448.5 hours

The way I operate, I tend to hyperfocus on a single video game at a time, which is great for completing games. The downside is non-game activities tend to fall by the wayside. So today's plan is to start catching up on Re:Zero! I think I'm going to rewatch S3 before heading into S4.

Day 19: Favorite winter/snow theme Metroid Prime - Phendrana Drifts Believe it or not, I do occasionally play something that is not a JRPG. And Metroid Prime is one of the GOATs 🐐 If you're interested, the remaster on Switch is VERY well done.

✅Completed: Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter I finished this hours ago and my emotions are still riding high. The original is one of my all-time favorites, and Falcom really put its heart and soul into these remakes. There's a lot to love, whether you're revisiting Sky or playing for the first time.
