@talkingpicturestv.bsky.social hi is there any chance of showing “Janet and Company” starring Janet Brown from 1980-1982? Thanks

@rowlandmanthorpe.bsky.social If an AI model hacks a company is it not in contravention of the Computer Misuse Act and its owners subject to fines/imprisonment?

@hsberger.bsky.social hi just saw your documentary on the Arrow Video called “$100 A Day” it’s an excellent doc and like the best docs makes me want to revisit some of the Marlowe films. Also it’s great to see Night Moves represented: a completely under appreciated classic…

@carlhiaasen.com hi I’m just reading Double Whammy and am really enjoying it, it made me wonder what were your favourite authors and influences?

@artefr.bsky.social hi, thank you for putting a season of Clause Chabrol films on: it is one of the best things you have done on the channel.

@nickabbot.bsky.social hi Nick, what was the name of the Jill Scott album you recommended on air please?

@bsky.app hi is there any way to make Bluesky local? Most of the news that is breaking is from the US, is there any way that can be made to be UK news?

@talkingpicturestv.bsky.social hi now that you are showing Who Do You Do? Is there any chance of showing Janet and Company starring Janet Brown, originally shown on Thames 1980-1982? Thanks

#bbc4 #parkinson I can’t think of anything more enjoyable than Michael Parkinson Eric Laithwaite and James Coburn discussing physics; it took me back to the Christmas lectures in the 1970s

@barrabest.bsky.social hi, I’ve just watched and enjoyed Walk The Line; do you know if there will be another series?

@secondrun.bsky.social hi did I dream it or is Second Run bringing out a blu ray of Marketa Lazarova this year?

@markcousinsfilm.bsky.social hi, great to see the Scene by Scene interview with Donald Sutherland on BBC4 the other night, I really miss that kind of TV which seems to have vanished completely. Do you believe public service TV like the BBC and C4 should still be making programmes like that now?

@robburl.bsky.social hi, just finished “Why is this lying”… excellent stuff: I’d recommend it to everyone. My thoughts: It made me nostalgic for the Weekend World days The Electoral Commission should insist on election time TV interviews for all I’m sorry about the last chapter, hope all goes well.

@michaelchabon.bsky.social hi I believe Wonder Boys was developed as a result of an unrealised novel called: Fountain City. May I ask: does Fountain City exist in any form or was it just an idea?

@markcousinsfilm.bsky.social hi, it was great to see your Scene by Scene interview with David Lynch on BBC4; firstly because a great filmmaker has been lost and he was rarely interviewed and secondly because it was an excellent, detailed and in depth programme the like of which isn’t being made now
