It's time the unique weapon Wormwood got a refresh. It still creates an AOE when hitting enemies, but it's now twice as large and triggers on every hit. Here it is stacked with the previously-mentioned Rebound Strike perk, causing it to trigger twice each hit #gamedev

The Spiral's first anniversary is only 9 days away! In addition to the new boss, new flails, and new perks, I've also been working on adding some new rooms to the dungeon generator for the upcoming free update #gamedev

Coming soon: new perk "Lucky Bounce" causes thrown weapons to bounce off enemies and fly toward other nearby enemies. (It's my new personal favorite) #gamedev

Coming soon: new perk "While the Iron Is Hot" doubles your melee attack speed for a bit after hitting a burning enemy with a Concussive Strike. Takes a bit of setup, but it's very strong for locking stronger enemies into stagger loops #gamedev

Coming soon: new perk "Rebound Strike" adds a weaker second hit every time it hits an enemy. Only spawns on the new flails, but can be transferred to any melee weapon (I hope I don't regret this) #gamedev
