Every time I try to deactivate my Twitter/X account this is what I get. Any thoughts on how to get away? Thanks.

Trying to deactivate from Twitter. Every time I do it says Error. Try again later. I even changed my password to start over and same thing. Anyone else?

Today is my first post. Been on Twitter since the beginning. Hope this will give me some peace. My baby!!!
