hi! I'm Spoon! I draw for fun and also to share my work with like-minded folks. my interests are varied and cyclical.

IN A WORLD OF HER OWN (2016) Acrylic on Canvas - 36" x 48" This painting arose from musing on an interview that Stanley Kubrick gave in 1968, a source of inspiration I have gone back to over the years, revisiting comments made by the director. #art

starin' you down.

there was a "my vent art" meme circulating recently, but I'm presenting this: my joy art

If Grunder is to ever break, like really break and loose his humanity, there is a potential to fall back into a pure demonic form. Nightmares of what this could look like haunts Russel. It's not impossible to go back into your humanity, but when you take that agreement, you run the risk of breaking.

Absinthe makes a man see things he’s happy to see. Old classic Grunder art from 2014, done with ball point pen. If you like this design, you can get it on a post card here. ko-fi.com/s/266fb50106 #forsale #art_print #OC #art

A demon and a ghost going for a joy ride and causing mayhem. All my OCs: Mr. Grunder, Demion, and Smot being the helpless victim. Music of choice: www.youtube.com/watch?v=lw8j...

Demonic lives are fleeting, which is why they need mortals to do their bidding, sometimes out of necessity if not just amusement. If you're punished like Grunder is, you'll find yourself connected with them until your service is no longer needed. It'll feel like eternity until it's suddenly over.

Time is flat, and tomorrow will feel like the next day even if a "new year" is coming. I'm just gonna draw what I like to draw, stupid horrible things like Mr. Grunder. No theme to this set, just funny things that came to mind.
