I seriously doubt Trump has any policies. After all the negative executive orders and behaviors, I begin to wonder if all he has in his brain is personal revenge for lost election and two impeachments. It explains a lot to me. Is he bringing the country down to even the score with Democrats?

Trump was afraid to get up from the desk as he saw his position there as an indicator that he IS the President. Ignoring the symbolism that his sitting while everyone else in the room was standing, makes him subservient, especially to Musk.
