Let’s be real: the Republican Party has been completely opposed to Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid from the inception of each of those programs and they would kill all of those programs in a heartbeat if they thought they could get away with it. That is a fact.

His knowledge of economics is maybe 5th or 6th grade level. I find it hard to believe he was not an absolutely terrible student in college, because his stupidity is such that, were it not for his criminality and grifting abilities, it would be amazing he has had any success at all.

The value of the free press and free speech to our constitutional democratic republic can never be overstated. It is why it’s in the FIRST amendment! Trump sees our Constitution as only one thing: a major obstacle to his quest for unlimited monarch-like power. He wants what his overlord Putin has.
