I'm sorry to hear that your daughter is struggling.However, there is so such thing as ACA insurance. The ACA is an insurance exchange where you can go to compare the rates & coverage of health insurance policies. If your daughter used the exchange, selected a plan, and paid for it,

she is insured by an insurance company. Again, you can not purchase ACA. Did she go to the ER? ER's can not legally refuse to treat anyone. It's illegal. Even if they have no insurance. Your post does not make sense. What state do you live in?
