I am getting reports of very high turnout among Palestinian Israelis as well. While they see little hope for transformative result, many see the continuation of Jewish supremacists in government as existential threat to them, even personally.

One reason Palestinian Israelis may have large turnout in Israel's election. They have no hope that a new government will transform reality, but they see the continuation of Jewish supremacists in government as enabling racists and posing an existential threat to them in Israel.
