I need to learn how to not blackpill and thyink despite this the republicans will still win by 2%

Greg Sargent@gregsargent.bsky.social

Trump and JD Vance decided backing the vile Ramaswamy ad would galvanize MAGA voters, but it instantly backfired as many GOP officials condemned the spot. Now it could help cost them both races in Ohio. Oops! On the pod, @jimswift.bsky.social explains this so well: newrepublic.com/article/2169...

Because if we lose the House, they’re going to investigate why I keep requesting photographs of Jon Husted leaving rooms. And I have explained this. In writing. It’s for the ballroom seating plan.

They’re telling me we’re running out of time. We’re not running out of time. I can see plenty of time. There’s a whole clock over there. I can draw one, you know.

But this election is a choice. Do you want a country where you know the name of the water? Do you want a president who can host a large dance indoors? Do you want Ohio represented by a man who makes a folding chair look frightened? Then you have to vote Republican.

The government receives a tremendous amount of exposure. Every map. Every globe. Fish swimming around in a branded environment. You couldn’t buy advertising like that.

And we’re going to have a ribbon cutting. Jon can hold the ribbon. We’ll have to establish which way he’s standing. I did eggs. I did sick. What else is there? Abortion? No. Don’t give me a difficult one when I’m doing this well.

We’re going to have a border so secure you’ll need an invitation. Gold lettering. Very heavy card. You could injure a coyote with the invitation. And Jon will be at the door. Facing in. I’m not wasting that on the parking lot.

They want me to talk about national debt. Thirty-something trillion. A very large number, although I’ve seen larger estimates for the ballroom from people who hate me. Here’s what you do. You rename the ocean, you sell the naming rights to me.

The border. We have to secure the border. I know a lot about borders. A ballroom has four of them. Walls, some people call them, but when they’re inside and very expensive, suddenly the Dumocrats love a wall.

That’s aptitude. You used to be allowed to have aptitude. And I want schoolchildren learning the oceans properly. Atlantic. Indian. Trump. Other. There may be a cold one up top. We’ll have a little committee.

That’s Ohio industry. That’s what happens when you still build things. I asked a general, “Can we make that?” He said, “Make what, sir?” I said, “Don’t play games with me. You have satellites.” Big beautiful general. Had to leave the room.

We need education very badly. Our children can’t find Ohio on a map, and yet I can identify Jon Husted from behind at four hundred yards through a restaurant window. No glasses. Just instinct.

And I’m going to put a ballroom facing it. At the White House. They say, “Sir, the White House isn’t on the Pacific.” I say they dopn't think big enough.

Now, health care. Very important. Americans are sick. You see them. They’re sick all over the place. We’re going to have the best doctors, and they’re going to look at Jon Husted and explain what’s happening back there, because I’ve seen senators sit for forty years and nothing like that develops.

Under a Republican Congress, we’re going to have a beautiful ocean with a name you can respect. When a shark bites somebody, I want that shark to know what country it’s in.

We have an ocean called the Pacific. Terrible name. Passive. You’re telling China, right from the beginning, “Come on in, we’re very peaceful.” I want the American Ocean. Or the Trump Ocean. We’re testing both.

We have to bring back American manufacturing. Steel. Glass. The very heavy curtain. Nobody makes a heavy curtain anymore. You pull a curtain now, it comes with you. You’re standing there holding the whole country.

Jon Husted wears American pants. I haven’t checked. I intend to check. There should be a little label somewhere, although with the pressure involved, it may have been launched.

Now inflation. The Democrats say prices are coming down. But go to a store and ask for a chandelier. Ask for one decent chandelier, something a king could survive beneath. Millions of dollars.

And we’re in Arizona, so he’s not here. People are saying, “Why are you talking about an Ohio senator?” Because the Senate is federal. Learn your government. They don’t teach civics anymore.

And they want a SMALL ballroom. The Dumocrats. A little ballroom where two people dance and everybody else has to stand in the Constitution. We’re doing ninety thousand square feet. Maybe a hundred. Once you start measuring, frankly, you’re letting the tape win.

Now. The economy. Jobs. Jobs are very important. Jon Husted has a job. Senator. Ohio. Good man. Turns around beautifully. I don’t know if you’ve seen it.

They gave me a speech tonight. “Stay on the issues, sir.” And I said, “Nobody stays on an issue like I do.” Sometimes an issue will beg me to leave. But we have the midterms, and you have to vote Republican, because the Dumocrats have absolutely no answer on the ballroom.

People say, “What about groceries?” Yes. Where do you think we’re going to put the groceries when eight hundred people come over? You need a ballroom. You can’t have the prime minister of Japan eating shrimp in the document bathroom.

The knockon effects could bne huge. Why would any country want to make a contract with a US company again if their regime can just mess with things whenever they want?
