Nothing. Is. Normal.

I did well in school but never liked being there.

Fucking bugs.

Yeah, I drew all that, and I can draw way more. Like everyone else, I’m looking for a steady gig. Keep me in mind, won’t you?

That time I drew backgrounds for the final season of Samurai Jack. A couple other of my drawings will be going up on my Patreon page momentarily.

Life draowlings.

Don’t get too enthused. It ain’t mine and it’s Ai. This one and only time, I’ll allow it.

I judge because I love.

Probably I won’t see the movie, but here’s an older drawing I did of Kara Zor-El. I freshened it up a bit though.

Life drawings from a session in my neighborhood last night.

Good vibes, man.

One of my mentees asked if we could discuss the work of an artist that inspires them, and I was like, “yeah, show me their work”, so he sends me this long tiny file of stuff from my old blogs. What a nut! I had to inform them that much of this was no longer good, but they still like it.

I’m just joking, I don’t really smell.

Designs from PRIMAL season three, episode 29. More drawings and roughs from this episode will be going up on my Patreon page shortly.

Just posted to my Patreon page is a recorded live drawing event in which I attempt to perfect, or at least make not suck an old ‘Mazing Man cover of mine. Available to subscribers and for a one time purchase.

1) is my clean up of 2) Genndy’s original rough and 3) is Scott Wills’ color over both. This project was just announced at Annecy.

It’s a problem.

I liked the Carousel ice cream truck, I didn’t like Mr. Softee truck, and I was vocal about my preferences.

Cat paintings.

‘Mazing Man was a distant cousin to Sugar & Spike for sure.

Tune in! Available for purchase or Patreon subscribers at the higher level. Watch me be a goof and attempt to explain how to draw folds in cloth.

New Head Strip.

Cartoon Moderne drawing theories (and more!) are included in my “Popeye and Character Design of the 20th Century” lecture, still available for purchase on my Patreon page!

I still eat em, but.

Brutus is alright but Bluto is the best.

Four panels from the sequel to my 2010 graphic novel, LUCKY IN LOVE.

For young cartoonists: you gotta thumbnail first. You can only get somewhere if you know where you’re going first.

Tonight at 9pm. Watch me as I ink the latest page from my long awaited graphic novel. Now the drawing session is available to purchase.

Sing along….

How DC hasn’t made a Zeep movie yet is beyond me.

Tune into my Patreon page this evening at 9:30 EST and watch me draw this kinda stuff for about an hour (but ya gotta subscribe at the higher tier first!).

Live drawing tomorrow night on my Patreon page, for subscribers at the highest level. 9:30pm, EST.
