holy shit!! artists!!! you guys!! pinlite.app someone made a pinterest facade site that just strips away all the dumb bullshit and gives you only the images this is AMAAZINNNGGGG. Not to mention the web 1.0 grey and blue link vibe lol

I've been making a chair inspired by '80s and '90s office vibes. Can't wait to make that plastic grossly yellow and shiny. Doubly can't wait to make creaky chair sfx for when you sit down in this to get to work. #screenshotsaturday #projectdatamind #indiedev #indiehorror #gamedev #blender

Me? I haven't uploaded *anything* for screenshot saturday in 7 months😱 Not sure what my issue is...why does it feel like I never have anything to show despite working consistently that entire time? 🫠 So I'm gonna just post. Will it take me another 7 months to post again after that?

still debug visualizations, but i just added a face translation tool to my level editor. you can now almost build basic blockouts with this thing so im excited to get more working before moving on to even more complex stuff like texturing! 🤞🤞🤞 #leveldesign #godotengine #gamedev

so... im working on a level editor now because i miss hammer. here's an early vid of the clipping tool working with debug visualizations. watch this space if you also yearn for the days of old CSG #leveldesign #godotengine #gamedev (does this tag even apply if its an app for gamedevs?)

What could be a better horror entity than one that builds and destroys spaces, permanently altering the landscape with no real thought for the humans inside/around it? The space itself isn't the entity, it's the unseeable/incomprehensible thing that causes it to exist.

I find the division between people who GET liminal horror people who don't fascinating. Lots of people saying the division is due to age. I wonder if it has more to do with what you've seen/experienced. Maybe these people who don't get it have never spent much time in empty public buildings?

If you stop to fathom everything that needed to be done to plan, zone, build, and operate a mall, it's beyond the capabilities/finances of normal people. And just to abandon it when the profit no longer meets expectations.

I love people who play indie games, but also I'm always a little disappointed when I see people saying "I love indie games, my favorites are: *insert the biggest and most popular indie games of the last 5 years and nothing else*" I wish more people would search for gems, not just play the biggies.

Getting close to Halloween again so check out this series of screenshots that tell a story about a really scary screensaver program.

A former colleague released a demo for his 3D puzzle game made in UE! It's such a chill/calm experience. Right now the outlook is bleak (6 player peak on the demo), but I hope that changes cause it's _gorgeous_ and so satisfying. store.steampowered.com/app/3897520/Pazleum/ 🙏 #indiedev #indiegamedev

No screenshot saturday for me this weekend. I'm laboring in the art mines on an awesome commission with a hard deadline this week. I'll cook up a fun project peek for you (I already know what I wanna share) for next weekend!

It's not Saturday, but I'm trying. Here's a little "beauty lighting" I've been experimenting with on the terminal. A nice little bloom there giving it a bit of nostalgic glow. Btw, this is the first screenshot since I switched to Forward+! #screenshotsaturday #solodev #UE5 #projectdatamind
