Election denialists are encouraging Trump to declare a "national emergency" during midterms and seize control over voting. While Trump has entertained the idea, we found that it's not really catching on with his online supporters -- even his diehard base. My latest: openmeasures.io/trump-nation...

Active Clubs outline expectations through decree. Do you want to be disorganized and naive? Or follow the leadership outlined here? This is centralized organization, communicated from the top. The line that Active Clubs are decentralized is outdated and wrong.

Each quarter there are multiple examples of large coordinated bursts of communication. In Q3, there were 63 incidents where a message was shared across 5 channels within 30 minutes. This is from the Ceuta border incident in Spain. It was used to push an invasion narrative, and "remigration".

As noted in the Q1 assessment, there has been a clear and deliberate push to move to Meta. Of 57 Active Club accounts tracked, 76% have been created in 2026. These examples of similar actions across clubs suggests some offline coordination. The account growth was driven in large part by youth clubs.

Good data here. One important note about monitoring the growth of clubs via telegram channels, is that many channels die out. For example, in Q3 40 channels were completely dormant, and 71 has less that 15 messages. That’s a little less than half of the reported clubs here.

Neo-Nazis are increasingly targeting teenagers. Active Club chapters have grown 28% worldwide since 2025, while youth chapters have exploded 142%. With groups now recruiting 15- to 18-year-olds, including through girls-only organizations and mainstream platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

Offline life has held-up my production here. The Active Club Q2 assessment was 75% done. Given the calendar, I’ll clean up what I have and release essentially as is. Going forward, I will also be splitting the active club assessment and topology analysis from the major take aways section.

The Trump administration is reviving Cold War tactics. A State Department report invokes 1970s far-left violence, portrays progressive U.S. groups as part of a Cuban influence network, and praises McCarthy era blacklists, all while the far right remains the deadliest domestic terrorist threat.
