After watching @subvert.fm first general meeting, very excited to see where platform will go. Impressions are: well armed group of youngsters putting forth earnest effort to collectivize. Organizational inertia may pay dividends by uniting punk with structure if structure meets demands of punk.

[1/4] I joined the @subvert.fm co-op earlier this year before it went live. This is the cute little zine package I was sent. I decided to boycott Bandcamp purchasing when Subvert launched, so I will no longer buy any music (or merch) from Bandcamp for as long as Subvert remains a viable alternative.

Really cool piece from the @subvert.fm coop annual general meeting (at 1:35:20): They went for an optional contribution at checkout, rather than taking a percentage of artist's revenue. They saw an average contribution of 27% per transaction, almost twice as much as bandcamp's mandatory 15%.

Sharing that @subvert.fm hit 29k members (wow), I discovered that our current home page (subvert.fm) grid features my own album, "The future isn't what it used to be.", right there with @zoekeating.com's recent soundtrack, and a ton of other incredible artists. Well that's quite fun. #MusicSky
