Inspired by the 17th-century Icelandic magical stave, 'Ástarstafur'. In sorcery tradition, carving this symbol upon cheese to feed your beloved will ensnare their affection. (Although the method of gratinating cheese didn't actually exist back then.) #Sylus #LoveandDeepspace

i think the team chose cheese to be one of his fav food(ingredients?) bc of the similar pronunciation between β€œcheese” and his Chinese nickname β€œδΉ‹δΉ‹β€ which looks like his Japanese name β€œγ‚·γƒ³β€. it feels pretty cute :3

Inspired by East Slavic folklore: souls of ancestors feed on the steam of borscht. HC: Witch MC believes she descends from Zmey Gorynych, a 3-headed dragon slain by humans in ancient times. So she brews a bowl of borscht to summon its soul and forge a connection with it. #Sylus #LoveandDeepspace

I know Sylus' fav dish is "hearty vegetable soup" in English ver. But it makes so much sense to go with the Chinese version, where it's borscht that could serve as a bridge between the living and the dead in Slavic folklore and i freaking luv it.

I have some decent tea cakes at my place. Do you want to try them? Time and temperature are essential for brewing the perfect cup. (Outfit from Duanwu chibi Sy) #Sylus #LoveandDeepspace

the Crow 2024 xover Evil wings in ether beating; Vultures at the spirit eating; Things unseen forever fleeting Black against the leering sky. Ghastly shades of bygone gladness, Clawing fiends of future sadness, Mingle in a cloud of madness Ever on the soul to lie. #Sylus #LoveandDeepspace
