I'm glad that Graham Platner is out.
But it is so disturbing to contemplate that the man who was *twice* elected president makes Platner look like an amateur when it comes to serial sexual assaults.
Mamdani: "We continue to be proud of being a sanctuary city. We continue to be ready to stand up for our immigrant neighbors ... ICE is a rogue agency that should be abolished"
UFC Freedom 250 is facing chaotic weather. There’s a 60% chance of thunderstorms, heavy downpours, and wind gusts up to 34 mph threatening to delay the fights. On top of the storm risk, brutal humidity is driving a triple-digit heat index alongside massive swarms of mosquitoes.
Cocchiarella: The failing, aging king—decaying in real time—has decided to throw himself a giant blood-sport party on the palace lawn to prove that he is still strong. And heaven responds by sending a heat wave, a thunderstorm, and a literal plague of insects down on top of him.
Don't forget: my old Yale Law classmate Clarence Thomas refused to recuse from Jan. 6 cases despite his wife's involvement in the plot.
And he's taken at least 100 gifts worth over $2 million while serving, including from GOP donor Harlan Crow.
He's a disgrace to the Court.
Clarence Thomas is set to become the second-longest-serving justice on the Supreme Court. His legacy is marred by ethics scandals that highlight the lack of accountability for justices. It's past time to reform the Court.

Can’t believe the GOP is redistricting the entire country just to prevent the release of the Epstein files. Tennessee has released their new redistricting map.
KIRIAKOU: “When I was in the CIA, every time an Israeli prime minister came to Washington they said, 'Please help us bomb Iran’ — and the president always said NO. Until this one… now we’re in a war that’s not ours, that we can’t win. And there’s never an exit strategy.”
PBS: “Iran fired 6 ballistic missiles + 29 drones at Saudi Arabia's Prince Sultan air base in an attack that injured at least 15 🇺🇸 troops, including five seriously”
WSJ: “Damaged Jet replacement will cost $700 MILLION+”
If we “won”— why is this happening? what are we still doing there?
The No Kings protests had over 8 million protestors. Zero deaths. 6 people shot with a BB gun by a Trump supporter.
The last time MAGAts had a protest, 2000 people showed up, 138 police injured, 15 were hospitalized, some with severe injuries and 5 people died as a result.
We are not the same.

Elon Musk is facing *another* class action lawsuit alleging he committed civil securities fraud in the run up to his Twitter buyout. This one is in the S. District of NY. Oklahoma Firefighters Pension & Retirement System v. Elon R. Musk et al The investors suing him got class certification today.
I count 47 opinions Tuesday from DC District Court. Kind of insane. Never seen anything like it. Due to combination of 2025 litigation surge against Trump admin & fed courts 3/31 bookkeeping deadline to report stale motions ecf.dcd.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/Opin...
Ellison: Minnesota, the world is inspired by you. You won the JFK Profiles in Courage Award. They even nominated you for a Nobel Peace Prize, which is more than I can say for certain people I know.
The #NoKings protest in Honolulu was supposed to be at the Hawaiʻi State Capital but someone called in a bomb threat so they closed the capital. It didn’t matter. It was moved nearby and people still showed up.
Beautiful day in Honolulu. All these people could be at the beach but are instead protesting what’s happening to our country. I’ve never seen so many people at a protest in Honolulu before. #NoKings
Who wants to bet that we're about to get a story that this guy was arrested for getting blackout drunk and waking up in a ditch after assaulting someone at a Waffle House?
Far-right activist turned high-ranking FEMA official Gregg Phillips has a problem. Sometimes he finds himself “teleporting” into ditches, or even into a Waffle House.
