As my C64 Hit Squad and Codemasters collections near the end (and get slower to attain some of the titles cheaply) I have also been looking at the Encore budget range. Some really understated games on it and for the most - they're cheap to get! I just need the time to sit and play them all :)

Evri safe place *colourised 2026 My safe place consists of approx 2cm of dead sunflower/bamboo stick Vs 25cm of, clearly invisible to the world outside, box. Add in living on a main road and the visibility from passers by is almost endless (sans bush opposite) Leave on wet soil for bonus points ❤️

One for the Spanish continent on my timeline - I always hated machine copy copy tape games and this is no exception. However.. the print work on the label is fantastic considering 80s slapdashery! That Codies logo is so small yet so defined!

Perhaps my favourite looking console of all time - my Gears of War 4 XBOX One S console. Has physical scratches and dents, the Gears symbol printed into the fan holes and does Gears noises when you switch it on. What's your favourite looking console?
