Music meme. This was HARD. Some of these are more obvious choices than others. And to be honest, a lot of karaoke CDs from the 00s would have also been a huge influence. Tried to also find the *exact* cheap CD of Finnish 60s hits that my mum bought in the 00s, and couldn't find it.

I was 8 years old when I realised that whoever gossips about other people behind their back to me, is likely to gossip about me to other people when I'm not there. Which is why I try to avoid to talk negatively or speculate about others. It's not always possible, but I try.

Started to read The Metamorphoses of Apuleius, aka The Golden Ass. (Not to be confused with Ovid's Metamorphoses). Recent Swedish translation. It's surprisingly fun and silly. Sometimes spicy too.

I was even in the community and saw this happen in real time, and it was still confusing (since I wasn't on tiktok). From niche label nobody knew, to commercialization and A LOT of local newspapers interviewing "therian kids". And the community becoming kid-adapted, any controversial topics banned.
