The problem with having ADHD & Autism is, I’ve so MUCH I want to talk about, but my anxiety keeps me from sharing it. In real life I do flap out things and talk A LOT, often with regret. Online I think too much about it and often write a whole story and just to delete it later. The struggle is real!
