The fact I was able to get up at 5:30am for a gym session before my commute to work, the day after getting home late from Folsom, suggests I could probably have gone a *little* harder on the weekend- but I’m happy with my choices… And my chest pump today 😏 (and my new vinted Gymshark vest purchase)

Also this was the second year in a row I packed a load of bondage stuff, electro etc and didn’t use a single bit of it. I just don’t find the time or the right mood- when I’m in the hotel it’s to recharge, then I’m out all day, and when I’m back at the end of the night it’s bedtime.

My first night of #FolsomEU, I brought I thiiiiink 13 outfits for the weekend. Didn’t bother with any of them tonight. 🙃 Comfy chavvy clothes did the job fine.

First attempt at Folsom packing, only 4kg over and I’ve not overflowed it into the cabin bag yet- so I’m doing better than last year. 🥳 I’m fairly sure I have enough backup outfits for three a day. And yet managed it with only four pairs of trainers- perhaps a new record for me.

Dying of some crappy cold bug on the inside, but feeling pretty good on the outside.

Long range forecast for Folsom is all over the place! I just want it to be warm enough that I can fit four days of gear in a 23kg case. Minimal leather shall be packed. 🙃

Hevy reliably informs me it was my 200th workout today! 💪🐽 Got a new PT.. today was my 4th session of my new block, rounding off the week. Leaning lateral raises can get in the bin. Everything else was great though. And more boys should wear compression in the gym damnit.

Like a much more enjoyable version of Perilaus and the Brazen Bull. He was very good, and made lots of excellent noises.
