As messed up as SS customer service is right now, (no fault of the staff), we just called Medicare, on a Sunday, and got excellent help quickly. It was amazing.

Just left the local SS office where we went after giving up on reaching them by phone. It’s appt only. Must call for appt. Cannot make one online. Cannot get our answers online. SS inexplicably cut in half. Pissed.

I did eventually get into my SS account and get my March deposit, but my partner has not gotten his. 😖
