I met Bioware during the Infinity Engine craze. While they worked with Wizards of the Coast on Baldurs Gate 1 and 2, then on to Neverwinters Nights, then Dragon Age. This wasnt the same Bioware I knew. I dont think corpses revived through corporate necromancy deserve mourning. But it still sucks.

Bioware closing: another thing I knew would happen after Veilguard, given EA's record and the industry's trends. 🥱 Not surprised. Not disappointed. Just bittersweet at being right (yet again) at something I wish I wasn't (blame my pattern recognition). I'm also certain Bungie is close behind.
