When posting online be: Accurate: Verify the facts. Constructive: Add value, not noise. Respectful: Cause no harm. Rage-bait creates division, but truth, utility, and empathy bridges divides. Over time, filtering out impulse builds genuine trust which is the foundation of society.

Maybe legislation should consider the mental load on people.

I’m not saying it means anything. But total bot traffic from Russia hasn’t changed that much. And most traffic is bots in both the US and Russia.
