Welsh multimedia artist and designer in Merseyside UK. My artwork might be broadly described as figurative, although I don't like labels. It's about how I observe people and the environment, with a bit of social comment.

Rishi Sunak tells Radio 4 that "AI is changing every aspect of our economy and our lives, and if I was back in office and looked at my diary and where I was going to spend my time, I would spend it on that" At no point does he or the BBC mention the £373,000 given to him every year by an AI company

Nice to hear Sir Anish Kapoor standing up for the Arts on bbc radio 4 Today programme. So obvious that the bbc are scared of criticising Trump on any level, including his insisting US artists promote 'American values' in this year's Venice Biennale.

I know we've all seen it already. But I honestly think this is the defining moment of our time. Past generations couldn't have believed it would happen. Future generations won't believe it could have happened. But here we are, bang in the moment. Lucky, lucky us.

Amazon Web Services hosts massive surveillance systems for both ICE and DHS. Citizens Bank provides nearly $1 trillion in credit & bonds to private prison companies. AT&T has a $147 million contract to provide communications services to DHS. Know who is profiting from ICE’s cruelty.

Compare & contrast. This is Trump’s demand for Greenland. And this is Hitler’s for the Sudetenland. There is no difference. The language. The unstoppable need to dominate. The megalomania. It’s the same. And Keir Starmer’s response is appeasement. We are in that moment. 1/

I am no fan of Maduro. I believe in democracy, and Maduro is no democrat.Trump too is no democrat, he wants oil, increased wealth for family and followers, and is getting a free hand to achieve his goal. Looking from outside, the US is in a bad place, and if the US sneezes, the world catches a cold.

In language unbecoming of a person in his position, the Don says countries were lining up to 'kiss his ass'. Tariffs are one thing, but surely no country should be subjected to the sight of or put their lips to the ass that adorns the golden toilet, even if he has piles of gold.

I don't understand American politics very well, but I had always thought that your written constitution was meant to be a safeguard against the rise of a dictator/emperor/king, etc. Has the current incumbent found a way around this, and is there a danger of him becoming a tyrant?

When a fox gets in the chicken shed, he kills indiscriminately . There's wanton carnage, screeching, blood, and feathers everywhere. No more hens, so no more eggs, so no more chickens. I'm told that the fox kills for the joy of it and just gets fatter. America, you got yourselves a fox.

Does Trump think that placing tariffs on uninhabited islands and plucking debatable figures out of thin air shows that he and his cronies know what they're talking about? Just regurgitating garbage doesn't make it palatable.

I saw a report by the US Chamber of Commerce (which I assume was correct) that the total volume of trade between the US and Russia in 2024 was approximately $3.5 billion, that's despite sanctions. Why no tariff on Russia and 10% Ukraine?

When Trump's prolonged temper tantrum at the rest of humanity ends, will anyone be able to explain why he and his cronies hate the rest of us so much? I admire lots about the US, but I find inflicting this cast of idiots on the rest of us completely baffling.

You are up to date.
