If you don't want an AI app on discord using your uploads, link them from another platform instead of directly uploading them. That means discord never gets a licence so if anyone downloads, re-uploads & uses AI on that image, they're technically violating copyright. (5)

All the ban command does is --pre-emptively-- add it to your ban list. This counts for many bots offering ban options and the default ban command However you cannot prevent user-installable apps from being able to access data in your server. You can disable public messages though. (3)

As of 22.05.2025. This is not made by discord. They are not partnered with Discord. They don't explicity train on provided content, but use 3p models (that may train). They are not in your server. But why can you ban them? (2)
