I’m glad you’re okay, and that you’re seeking help; from experience, there’s no shame in it. You are loved by and have touched the hearts of an immeasurable amount of people, and the world is a better place for having you here. Please take care.

Toby Fox has a unique talent of creating the greatest, most emotional and most harmonically complex track you've ever heard and then making it last 16 seconds

Do y'all ever feel an extremely sweet feeling when you just experienced a masterpiece like tadc that you keep thinking about. It's like, serenity, fulfillment and a little bit of nostalgia. But also jealously towards those who made that work. Like I wish I had achieved what they did. I don't know

Caine showing everyone their human lives reminds me of the ending to the film Cinema Paradiso; it’s a love letter from Caine showing the humans there’s hope, and that they’re more than their dysfunctions… the ultimate tragedy is that Jax, after his ordeals in the Circus, didn’t see it that way.

Jax’s story is a cautionary tale; he doubles down on his poor coping mechanisms and won’t open up, even as he makes himself and others miserable. I feel the best reaction to him is pity - shaking our heads at him, noting where he went wrong and HOW he became that way so we don’t end up like him.

Millions of copyrighted songs were fed to AI music generators - now there's proof Suno and rivals are being sued for $150k per song. A sum that would bankrupt these companies and set an important precedent.

Looking back I feel blessed because I've been to experience Silksong, to listen to Christopher Larkin. I didn't realize it at first but it was such an experience. It's not even fair to compare it to Hollow Knight because they are both masterpieces with their own unique vibe.

If you switch to bsky it will be vitally important to not use the Discover feed and instead pin this one

Hi, I think I'll be using Bluesky more now. It's a much healthier place from whatever propagandistic slop Twitter is. Even though I'll be less "visible" this way so idk ...

Summer is almost here!! I wanted to arrange an acoustic version of Paradise, Paradise from DELTARUNE Chapter 3 since it's been in my head a lot. So I did! #albamusic

I genuinely want to know how @tobyfox.undertale.com made a goddamn masterpiece in 10 years and then call it a "test game" ...like...pressure in making the game?...too high ambitions leading to perfectionism? Consequential art blocks...none of that? I'm surprised by how carefree Toby *looks* with it

To my 2 fans who listen to my music through Bandcamp... I'm having trouble with my account and I lost the login email. I am not able to upload any music on Bandcamp at the moment. So if you don't see new tracks, it's because of that. Bear with me...

Will all these no-AI protests actually lead somewhere? I hope so, but the only way to prevent dangerous AI rising (to both art and work worlds) seems to be forcing the government to apply limitations

Anti-ai people have become too obsessive. I also am strictly anti-ai but that doesn't mean I crash out every time I see the word "AI" in a post. You guys are giving us quite the bad reputation

Lorne Balfe really likes to create leitmotifs and reinterpret them throughout the whole level to fit the situation (that's why you see a lot of music rips). That being said it sounds very professional but it has its charm to it and some really cool, memorable melodies.

I'm interested in the game now lol...is it good? Soundtrack is influencing me a lot but when there is a good one I also look up to the game That's why soundtracks are important!

You know sometimes I wish I could have kept my art by myself, or just do it without thinking like "ok this *has* to go somewhere otherwise I'm wasting my time". It's irrational because it's not true but that's my thought process.

I envy all those people who are fine with their own passion and just put their stuff in their room, and they would just show that to their friends or their children. I don't feel like I get appreciated for what I do outside at all...so it's really hard to cherish my interests when I hv to hide them

Thanks I'll follow the trend! 4 games with 10/10 Soundtrack HM: the whole Skylander franchise, especially Skylander Giants (definitely not nostalgia)
