One of my favorite things about the #GitHub #Copilot App: I can run multiple sessions in parallel, each on its own worktree/branch, and explore different implementations at the same time. - Test → compare → keep the winner → delete the rest. A great workflow for design exploration

Heading to Berlin for #WeAreDevelopers tomorrow! Come hang out at the @GitHub booth to talk SDLC in the AI era. Lisa and I are running a workshop to help you leverage #GitHubCopilot from your IDE to the CLI,Cloud and App. See you there!

The /spawn feature in the GitHub Copilot App makes complex tasks much easier. It lets you create child sessions that connect with the main session to break big tasks into smaller, simpler steps This makes planning and reviewing your work much faster.

Big fan of how the GitHub Copilot App handles feature sub-sessions. Being able to launch and manage parallel tasks simultaneously from a single prompt is a game-changer. Check out those 3 sub-sessions running concurrently!

Totally hooked to the GitHub Copilot App! My workflow really evolved. All my tasks & agents are in a single UI. From specs to review and implementation, everything is in one unified experience. You should really try it! github.com/github/app Another big step in my AI builder life!

Playing with GitHub Copilot CLI Extensions! Just created an extension to search all my prompts with simple "Plan -> Autopilot" usual workflow! Switch on the /experimental mode, and discover this nice feature!

Leveling up my Copilot workflow with subagents. Using /init + Awesome Copilot skills to add specialization. Just remember: the output is only as good as the context you set. Install them with: /plugin install awesome-copilot@awesome-copilot See github.com/github/aweso...

I’ve been using the GitHub Copilot CLI /pr commands lately and it’s a total time saver. /pr create and /pr fix are becoming a huge part of my daily flow. It’s so much easier to stay in the terminal. Have you tried these yet, or do you still prefer the web UI?

Big news for those working in restricted or air-gapped environments: - GitHub Copilot CLI now supports local models and BYOK. I’m often asked if Copilot can work offline or in secure zones—now it finally can. Check out the update: github.blog/changelog/20... #GitHubCopilot

The new @GitHub Copilot CLI autopilot mode is an absolute game-changer. Use shift+tab to cycle through modes: cycle ➡ plan ➡ autopilot Seeing it scaffold a full app with tests, contexts, and clean builds in one go is wild. Test it out!
