That creeping feeling that what you thought was a real convenience store has actually had its products replaced with prop products. And that maybe you’ve been Truman-Show-ed.

Applies to many creative fields.

it could be a niche historical thing, a pop culture thing, even A PERSON (gasps in the audience) for real, my advice as someone who's been a salaried game designer for almost 20 years is to just, obsess about something, anything, then make something, see you on the other side

The Crunchmaster Cycle, Mathew Barney’s lesser known five part film series. Features crackers being moved around a game board as if as avatars for a game of baseball. “SATISFY YOUR CRUNCH” was an oft repeated catchphrase.

It’s a great day in the world of Avengers and Automobiles, Heroes and Hatchbacks... Normally the construction wall isn’t the project- but these have been so much fun and make me giggle every time we have a review. (It’s no small feat to bring together earth’s mightiest studios.)

Cars, assemble! Every meeting on these made me smile for the rest of the day. From the writers room punning to the debates about what kind of car Groot should be. And huge kudos to Mike Quinn, the artist responsible for these masterpieces.
