A recent injury is forcing me to re-evaluate my training and race plans. On the plus side, strength training in the gym has ramped up and my swimming too. But now likely I will have to drop out of the Fox 62km in a few weeks 😭 Hoping to be good for the Harvel in early June. #ultrarunner

🇮🇹 Italian Rebecca Passler tested positive for the banned substance Letrozole. She is out for the Olympics and will be replaced by Samuela Comola. Passler was in the midst of a career year with several of her best ever finishes. We are still awaiting her statement #biathlon

After the AWS issue yesterday, reading far too many sales pitches online that promise to fix the issue. Ambulance chasing is not the answer. "Half the Internet" did not go offline. 🤦‍♂️
