Why Brand Over Everything 📣 - Trust Beats Tech: People buy from brands they trust, even if competitors have better features. - Loyalty is Emotional: A strong brand keeps customers coming back, even when options exist. - Pricing Power: Great brands command higher prices.

🚨 Stop building in silence. Start building an audience FIRST. Why? - Feedback Loop: Real users = real insights. - Trust & Authority: People buy from those they know. - Launch Power: An engaged audience = instant momentum. Build with them, not for them.

7 Touchpoints Before a Purchase: People rarely buy after one interaction. It takes 7+ touchpoints to build trust: - 🧠 See your content - 👀 Visit your site - 📧 Read your email - 💬 Hear from others - 📱 Follow your socials - 🔍 Research reviews - 🤝 Engage directly

Cold Email Outreach 101: - Warm up your email: Build sender reputation slowly (WarmupInbox, lemlist, Warmy) - Split-test headlines: A/B test subject lines for max open rates. - Split-test content structure: Short vs detailed, direct vs story-driven Start small, scale smart. 🚀

Consistency Beats Talent - Great content once is forgotten. Great content consistently builds brands. - Talent can go viral. Consistency builds trust, authority, and loyalty. - Show up, create, repeat. Most quit before they see results.

Your product can be copied. Your features can be cloned. But your brand? That’s yours alone. - Build a story people care about. - Stand for something bigger than features - Make customers feel, not just use. Brand wins every time!

Build with your audience, not just for them 📣: - Share progress, not perfection. - Ask for feedback early: real users > assumptions. - Show wins and struggles: Authenticity builds trust. Your audience isn’t just watching, they’re your future customers 📈

Reminder 👇 Your “clean” UI means nothing if users are confused Your “cool” animations won’t save a broken flow Your “minimal” design isn’t clever if it hides essential features

No one cares if you use React, Vue, or plain HTML They care if their problem gets solved Focus on impact, not tools

Quick tip💡 Want to save on no-code automation tools? - Self-host an n8n docker container - Use your preferred cloud + DB - Skip the usage fees and keep control You’re welcome 🫡

Quick lesson from previous project: A great product without distribution is like shouting into a void. Harsh truth: Code doesn’t sell itself. Find where your users already are, build channels, and scale them. Great products die when devs ignore distribution

Scaling attention scales growth More reach → more awareness → more sign-ups → trials → purchases → referrals 📈 Even the best product fails if no one sees it… So create more ads, content, and partnerships 📣

🎨 Start with UI/UX. If users hate the interface/features, nothing else really matters and Churn 📈 🧩 Map UML & DB design. Skip this, and you’re stacking technical debt 💸 💻 Code last. A solid plan saves endless refactors Plan smart -> Code clean

Distribution is king 👑 You own the distribution = you win (Teams vs Slack) If you have shared distribution? Best product wins (Chrome vs IE) Same product? Best service wins (Amazon vs others) Same service? Best network wins (Airbnb vs others) Distribution creates the game

Reminder👇 Need auth -> ClerkDev Need payments -> stripe Need DB -> supabase neondatabase Need infra -> vercel Cloudflare Just saved you weeks of development and unnecessary optimizations If your product succeeds then modify/customize as you wish NOT BEFORE

Blog is live! ✍️ Sharing Insights, tips & Tricks reachfy.ai/en/blog Used @directus.io as the CMS, will try posting 1-2 per day to increase traffic! Will now check for tools to increase DR, currently looking at these: - listingbott - linkdr

Loved Chakra UI but switched to shadcn for building reachfy.ai The time saved using this library with v0 was too good to ignore

5 launch spots that I’m looking for the launch 🚀 1.Product Hunt 2.Hacker News 3.r/IndieHackers & r/startups 4.BetaList 5.Reddit niche subs

Move fast. Fix fast. Win fast. - Shorter cycles = faster feedback = quicker growth 📈 - Perfection is a trap (iterate, learn, improve) - Launch small, listen big, pivot hard The faster you move, the sooner you dominate ⏳

Currently setting up a headless CMS with @directus.io for the website The goal? Boost DR 📈 and drive traffic ahead of launch Will use ahref for keyword analysis to help find ideas and write great blog posts

The simplest way to maximize traffic on Reddit 👇 - Post when people are active - Post when there's at least 100 people online - Post in subreddits with at least 100k members You can check using subreddittraffic.live #buildinpublic
