Watching "Wildwood" in the theater last evening actually gave a me a little glimmer of hope for the future of the creative arts. AI will never be able to produce something so heartfelt, beautiful, and well produced. That movie was made with dedicated love from real human artists. ❤️

A friendly little Canada Jay I shot a photo of with my brand new Nikon Z 180-600mm lens! I've always wanted to get into wildlife photography. 😄

I finally found one of my bucket list fungi in real life! This is the iconic red Amanita Muscaria. We have the yellow version on the East coast of the US, but the red version grows in Washington state! Such a treat! 😍

I am so fucking fatigued by AI. It’s being pushed EVERYWHERE. I look at my emails and I get a pop up saying to summarize it with AI. Even restaurants that used real pictures before replaced them with AI. Go on any social media and all the ads are AI. I’m just so fucking tired of it.

The last time I painted or drew anything was in March. My mental health and energy levels have been in a bad place, which made it hard to draw or paint. I finally sat down and drew this little alien-bird kitty yesterday. It's kind of simple, but my brain needs simple right now. #sketch #gouache
