Having observed the internet for several decades now its clear that it needs moral guidance. We need to re-learn the rules of society, re-learn how we treat each other and regain respect. We need.. The Internet Referee. Disrespecting society? Yellow card.

It’s a reasonable week for the geopolitical world and the fight against corruption. Vucic out. Bolsonaro not in. I’m so glad of this one. The pain of another Trumpophile would be too much. Starlink / Shield Saga appears over for now. Netanyahu out? Justice awaits that man. Trump unraveling.

I call myself an environmentalist and do my best to keep up with the world. But I hadn’t thought of vehicular use in this way before. I love when something genuinely challenges my perception. Thanks @janrosenow.bsky.social

What most people don't know: when you fill up a petrol car most of the energy never moves it. Petrol car: 13–21% of the crude oil's energy reaches wheels. Electric car on today's UK grid: 43–45%. Electric car on wind+solar: 77–80%. That's why we don't need to replace fossil energy one for one.

Come on now... I don't think Ronaldo needs a punishment but if you do it, at least try. A 30 day suspension outside of the international window. and... A £215 fine. £215 for a man worth £1,200,000,000. Earning £488,000 per day. He paid that fine off in 38 seconds. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/footba...

I cant remember who I am supposed to be angry at today... 1) Civil Servant secretly works 5 jobs. 2) 4 out of 5 jobs 'taken' by migrants. I'll consult the rage calendar. Mon - Cats Weds/Fri - Immigration stuff Tues/Thurs - Government stuff Sat - Corruption Sun - Off

The DVLA should know better. Its creating pointless political drama and misinformation. I know they process a lot of stuff but in what world would the Mayor of London own and not tax a 20 year old Nissan Micra... Its clearly going to get reviewed and overturned. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

Lets have a look at the justice replay... That's right. CofA ruling: Judge = too lenient. 2 x Offenders off to jail for 4 years. I don't know what this judge was thinking gifting youth rehab sentences to rapists but its 'somewhat' adjusted into reality at least for our weak system. Toodlepip 👋

The Internet Referee@theinternetref.bsky.social

I don't think this is even divisive... Most people seem to disagree with the oddly lenient judge here. I bet the CofA overrules as they should. Any man or boy that does this to another person ought to spend time in jail. It cant be any less and we shouldn't be afraid of setting this example.

Thanks USA... but we actually don't want this jackass. If you don't mind awfully taking him right back that would be ace. He would make an excellent Republican politician In return I will rename my garden pond to the Pond of America Bonus: we will gift you 1x Farage www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

Unbelievable Jeff. I didn't see this creep sneak in. A former Neo-Nazi? Tory leader Kemi Badenoch had defended the decision to select him as a candidate in Somerset, saying he had been rehabilitated and her party "believes in second chances". Rehabilitated?!? Nazis? www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

Absolutely no chance ref. I'd give him a second chance in society, He can have a job at Woolworths, walk dogs and exist in our country. Can he run for MP? No - Of course he cant. He once chose to become a Neo-Nazi... How awful must this mans judgement be? I know the answer - Despicably so.

Doc: Great Scott Marty... Fire up the DeLorean. If we get to 88 miles per hour we can go can go back in time! Marty: I think we already did, by about 2 weeks. Doc: Is the President Ronald Regan? Marty: No... No it's still this same utter flipchart www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

We dont know who / what exactly is responsible for this particular surge over the border. 1/ There is no way Morocco hadn't noticed 50,000 young men hanging around the border. King Mohammed likes to push Spain occasionally. 2/ The circumstances benefit MAGA www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

... or otherwise refuses to act upon Trumps openly telegraphed crypto fraud, his ridiculous war in Iran and what he did to EJ Carroll. Why is France not outraged by the millions this lady took from the public and her open support for Putin. A man responsible or the deaths of literally millions.

Is the UK outraged by Farage? It seems to be, but will it act accordingly? We cant afford to have these people in charge. They wont solve problems. They don't care about people. They care about their ideologies and their finance. Corruption is not acceptable. Not 1 bit. World - Stand up to it.

Whilst at the same time the exact same scenario may unfold across the channel. A far right pro-Russian bought and paid for conman who should and likely will be convicted for his multi-million shadow bribe. I hope we are not too weak to hold this man to account because our future depends on it.

bbc.co.ukWatch: Nigel Farage resigns to trigger by-election he will stand inIn a statement filmed by Reform UK Nigel Farage announced he will resign as an MP to trigger a by-election which he will stand in.

All three of these rather malevolent obstructions to a prosperous and moral society could have been dealt with properly, legally and fairly by laws already in place to prevent the exact thing they are doing. We ought to hate corruption more than we seemingly do. Why is the US not outraged...

A pro-Russian, far right conwoman convicted of embezzlement bought and paid for by a genocidal dictator riding a wave of manufactured popularity, boosted by a far right trillionaire, manipulating an exaggerated, Russian fuelled migrant crisis. Have we not learnt to keep these people out of power?

For all the people in the North of Britain that have endured 6 weeks of heavy rain. For those unable to hang their washing outside. For all those parents who got soaked on every school run. For those who cannot keep up with how fast their lawn is growing. 7- Day forecast - We salute you.

This is unfortunately around the fourth time I've heard this in the last few days. A big error made at a bad time for the greens. I was wondering if they could be different but they are probably too permeated with a form of naïve liberalism that is a nice idea but only if we ignore our reality.

Polanksi gave a vibe of a compassionate leader whom many would expect to see at the helm of an old Labour model. This single event has made given society a glimpse of the absurdity of how radically left wing this man is.

I dont buy that Comey didn't know what this meant but the case isnt chargeable without political influence and / or corruption entering the decision making. It cannot be convicted. "It's a very weak indictment, and it doesn't seem to me that it's a chargeable case" www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

Should the US Military be awarded a peace prize? The United States has been at war for 229 out of its 249 years of existence as a country. That's 92% A lot of that participation was welcomed around the world and the US contributed to the bigger picture of peace. But not this year. Due to Trump.

Behind the scenes the US has been 'Reassessing' the Falklands issue as punishment for not joining the Iran war. Conveniently leaked from the Pentagon. This is so dangerous. President Milei is indebted and crazy enough to push the idea of a second invasion. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

bbc.co.ukNo 10 says Falklands sovereignty rests with UK after report of US 'review'An internal Pentagon document reportedly raised the prospect of a change in position in retaliation for the UK not joining the Iran war.

This is all peacocking & part of Trumps style of decision making based on cheap arrogance and shock value. It may even be a tactical release. But its another demonstration of how those internal cogs are working through this kind of malign and vindictive strategy. Its more 51st state nonsense.

Trump couldn't even win the 2020 election. This war killed 58,281 US soldiers. A small fraction of the total casualties. To rhetorically chuck around that he would somehow do better than all of those people who gave everything needs a new word as disrespectful is just not enough.

Its good that the mainstream media are covering this in detail. 5 obvious cases of suspicious insider trading. Analysts - "Some traders have become more adept at anticipating the president's interventions." Ref - Yes. The ones with access to the inside. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

bbc.co.ukThe insider trading suspicions looming over Trump's presidencyThe BBC has found a pattern of spikes in trades ahead of public announcements by the US president.

A brazen Trump doesn't need to care about getting caught anymore. He is taking the wealth and power of America and re-routing it directly into his family and friends. Real accountability is years away by which time he will either have died or will be tucked away in a country of his choosing.

I'm not buying all the hype around Starmer. He's the most stable and sensible person we've had in government for years. Sure he dropped the ball on Mandelson but is it worthy of him losing his post? Not really. Who would do better? Remember Boris Covid parties? The Truss crash? Farage? Cummins?

This is the third indication I've seen this week of additional recruitment problems for Russia. 1) Open source analysis shows recruitment down by 20% 2) Increased discontent from War Bloggers "Students promised a one-year, fixed-term contract, the opportunity to serve far from the front line."

I expected Russia would mobilise prior to the near complete information shutdown of society. They have however increased sign on bonuses and still seem intent on tactical gains in key areas for a huge loss. I have full faith in Europe's deadliest fighting force to keep knocking out 1000+ per day.

"Vance" is a useful new verb in the English language, and one consistent with our Latinate heritage. Compare: ➡️ ADVANCE: To move something forward. ⬅️ VANCE: To cause a situation to decline or devolve. In a sentence: "Donald Trump's second term vanced the American economy."
