Got feedback that students were enjoying the hook questions in the lesson decks but it was turning into a class discussion rather than a turn and talk. I've now added timers for paired talk before cold call so the big characters don't dominate the discussions. All free resources.themathshabit.co.uk

I call these walkthroughs but some of my students have started calling them recipe cards, which I like better. Step-by-step guidance so a student can build independence. Also really useful for a student who has missed a lesson. Lots of different topics all for free resources.themathshabit.co.uk
