LaMelo giving effort on the defensive end is what we hoped we’d get from him. His length and vision mean just being near the right place is enough. If he can do this consistently without fouling the defense will be very, very good.

I have been waiting for a Wolves team that played hard on both ends and kept up the effort even when ahead. This team, so far, has done that.

I could get used to 4:30 of garbage time every night because the Wolves are up 30. I find this satisfying.

Fllooopppp.

I’m sorry everyone I tuned into the Vikings for the first time this season. The defense looks quite average. It’s my fault I’m sure.

Your most important elected officials could say that they are going after every person who has profited off of the Trump administration’s policies. Including the billionaires, the members of the administration, and Trump’s relatives. But they won’t and you won’t because the donors win.

I am Susan Collins level concerned about the Wolves today. The Raps have been pretty, pretty good.

Red Panda in Dallas.

Mavs are hanging with the Spurs. No Kyrie no Flagg. The Mavs are not a good team.

Watching other NBA teams what stands out is how easily the Wolves score the ball. Watching Miami and the Mavs, even San Antonio struggling to score in the half court. The Wolves have so much fire power.

Naz having himself a game.

Darwin thinks the whole second half has been garbage time.

I may be wrong but a point differential of 24+ per game has a Pythagorean win projection of over 80 games.

Seriously whatever the fuck is going on with Ant?

Ant playing like he enjoyed a bit too much of that Miami night life.

Ant is fucking broke. He just needs to dunk. Because he can’t do anything else.

Run it the fuck up Wolves!

Finally a lob for Rudy.

Bones Hyland professional bum slayer.

Cody Williams on line one Mr. Lyles.

Which team will figure out how to shoot first.

Now we’re seeing the Wolves without hot shooting. Thankfully the defense (against a pretty bad offensive team) looks legit.

Kuminga hitting threes is like getting an extra pancake.

Paulo head-snapping with the best of them. Dude you’re 6’10” 250 you go 70 lbs on LaMelo. Stop trying to win a fucking Oscar and play ball.

Jaden is Jadening.

We got Grady!

Me hearing @duckworth.senate.gov, @schumer.senate.gov, and @hakeem-jeffries.bsky.social downplay impeachment:

What part of this story about SGA is the most shocking? His NBA record 141 straight games with 20 or more points is over. He went just 6-of-19 from the field, 3-of-11 from deep and 2-of-2 from the free-throw line for 17 points. Somehow only 2 FTAs! I didn’t think it was possible.

Aaron Gordon is still a pretty decent player.

Giannis is going to be very disappointed in his low key ring chasing off season. The Bucks might have won the trade. Unless the refs decide his two most obvious charges were also blocking fouls. With 18 fta a night he might be able to carry Miami.

I am fighting irrational Wolves optimism.

I am kinda of sad the Wolves aren’t going to win by 30. Richard Jefferson making excuses for Miami.

So weird watching the Wolves and not screaming, “Move the fucking ball!”

Fourteen free throws for Giannis. Extreme bullshit.

Refs doing their best for Miami.

Giannis is getting the softest fucking whistle for a guy who commits a boarder line offensive foul every drive.

So much contact by Giannis and no whistle. These refs need to get off of Giannis’ dick.

Fuck Giannis’ whistle. He forearms off and lowers the shoulder at that point they should swallow the whistle.

After this game Aja going to try to get Ant’s digits.

That was a bullshit continuation.

The Wolves depending on insane shooting might be a problem.

I would like to see the Wolves get some stops, or at least, you know, contest something.

Wolves going to score 170? Might give up 180.

So far Lemelo and Kuminga showing us why the Wolves defense will suck this year.
