When aresting people without a warrant, officers need to state why they are being arrested.

I know we should believe that the silver lining is a blue wave in the mid-terms, but I sincerely doubt MAGA will let that happen. They will find a way to cancel it, be it through Martial Law or executive order. They won't allow democracy to hold Trump accountable.
