I own a small specialty safety company. When I have large jobs, I often order parts knowing what will be needed. After 25+ years in the industry, I’ve found that preparing before doing things saves money, headaches etc.. everything runs smoother... I miss having a president like that.

Wanna know how tariffs work? All of my pricing is being forced up because my suppliers have all upped their rates, in some cases double. The end users are my clients, and I can’t stay in business without raising my prices. This is all so dumb.
