Firebreather commission. Galaxy Con St. Louis.

This beautiful untouched field that I pass almost every day 🥰

I can post videos now. 😀 Here’s a video of my kitty Hazel.

3 years ago today, ‘Nimona’ released on Netflix.

My baby Hazel is 2 years old today. I’ve discovered that she loves playing with ping pong balls so I got a bunch for her. And some extra treats. 🥰

Hey Folks, Some samples of my work for the #Kaiju I designed for the #CartoonNetwork movie #Firebreather. These were some of my ruminations on the various and sundry Kaiju that will beset our Hero. This was a really enjoyable gig. I have always had a deep love of giant monsters... Cheers!

#flashback pt1: Another of my favorite design jobs was where I was credited as #Kaiju Designer was "#Firebreather", A film based on Phil Hester's & Andy Kuhn's comic. Here we have an example of my design work. This was a really enjoyable gig. #thomasperkins #characterdesigner

2 years ago today my cat Marco passed away. I love and miss her everyday.

More OAX WIP. Pre-show commissions are closed, though if you see me there in person I'll likely have room for more.

I finally saw Zootopia 2 with my sister, and it was very good. Definitely as good as the first one. Can’t wait for the 3rd movie.

Director Peter Chung’s animated superhero adventure FIREBREATHER featuring the voice talents of Jesse Head, Dana Delany, Tia Texada, Dante Basco, Frank Welker, and Kevin Michael Richardson premiered on Cartoon Network fifteen years ago this week 🔥 🦖 👊🏼 #OTD

The Image comic Firebreather needs a show. Duncan Rosenblatt is half human/ half kaiju, and his parents have different views on his future. Please @netflixanime.bsky.social @realgdt.bsky.social @jamesgunn.bsky.social @streamonmax.bsky.social @warnerbrostv.bsky.social @skybound.bsky.social

15 years ago today, ‘Firebreather’ premiered on Cartoon Network.

If anyone wants a pinch more context behind this, Cartoon Network's FireBreather movie was indeed based on an Image Comics series of the same name, and the series protagonist Duncan has crossed over with Invincible, particularly in the 2005 "The Pack" run

Back in the day, I had such great fun designing kaiju folk for the #Firebreather movie on #CN . Here are some preliminary roughs for that project. Cheers! #flashback #KAIJU #thomasperkins #characterdesiger #creaturedesign #kaijudesigner

Hey guys! I recently made a Tik Tok for my kitty Hazel 🥰. Please check it out, and if you have a Tik Tok I’d love to see your videos too. My username is hazel.basil97

You have to hear this little chatterbimp. This is Smokey and he is available for adoption in South Burlington, VT! www.hsccvt.org/Cats#sl_embe...

My baby Hazel is 1 years old today 🥰

Any of my fellow 2000s kids remember the 2010 CN film, Firebreather? Would you be surprised to learn that he exists in the same universe as Invincible?? Probably my favorite character from Image and would actually scream if he appeared in the show! #invincible #firebreather #imagecomics #skybound

Hey Folks, Here we have samples of my #design work for the #Kaiju I worked on for the #CartoonNetwork movie #Firebreather. This was a really enjoyable gig. I have always had a deep love of #GiantMonsters... Cheers! TM & © 2010 Cartoon Network. A Time Warner Company. All Rights Reserved.

@realgdt.bsky.social Dear Mr. Del Toro, I was wondering if you could check out the Firebreather comics. I heard you like kaijus, maybe you'll like this too and make a movie about it someday. Hugs from Brazil.

#flashback #CN #Firebreather (2010) I'm a big fan of the #GiantMonster / #Kaiju genre of TV and Film and Comics, so I was greatly pleased to have been invited to be a part of the crew as a #KaijuDesigner. Here be some of my kaiju beasties for this film. Cheers! #ThomasPerkins #AnimationArtist

Wow, I never knew he said this. Jimmy Carter was ahead of his time—a man of unmatched kindness and integrity. Truly, he was too good for us.

My awesome sister got me this shirt for Christmas:

My sleeping Hazel 🥰

My kitten Hazel got on top of my door in my room, and she scratched me when I tried to help her down. She feels no remorse. 🤣

I just realized that it’s Friday the 13th! 😱 What’s your favorite horror movies?? I love The Purge: Anarchy, Smile, Misery, The Belko Experiment, Hush, The Substance, and so many others.
